LOOMA HOVERBOX - Technical Specification

The LOOMA HOVERBOX can carry up to 400 g. The floating distance of STAGE depends on the weight of the levitating object. Really light things, like rings, can float up to 2 cm. Heavier objects will decrease the floating distance. For example, a weight of 300 g will levitate about 1,5 cm over the Box. Moreover, our system comes with an automatic 360-degree rotation solution. Rotation speed depends on the floating object, its weight and shape. In general, heavier objects will rotate slower. In some cases, if the mass center is asymmetric, like a watch on the ORB, the rotation speed can increase. So the weight is not always the key point for rotation speed.

NOTE: The Benchmark for one 360-degree rotation is 3 seconds, but depending on the object’s weight and mass center, rotation speed can increase or decrease up to zero.
